This is a frequency distribution table for the variable
regions of length 1 which occur in the158 pairs with
sequence identity 100% and RMSD ≥ 6A.
The second column shows the frequency distribution of 5-tile
code pairs occurred in the region.
For each pair, the frequency distribution of
amino-acid occurrence is also shown in the table.
Note that methionine (M) and tryptophan (W) are observed only two times
respectively.
